By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

We provide web design and printing services, including but not limited to website development, graphic design, branding, and printing services. The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in the proposal or agreement between TMORPH  and the client.

The fees for our services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms will also be specified therein. Unless otherwise agreed upon, invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

a. You agree to provide all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.

b. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided for use in the project.

c. You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline.

a. Any intellectual property provided by you for use in the project remains your property.

b. Any intellectual property created by TMORPH  during the course of the project, including but not limited to designs, code, and graphics, shall belong to TMORPH unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

c. Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive a license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.

a. TMORPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

b. TMORPH's liability shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the services rendered.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
